Some dogs are happiest chasing tennis balls. Some want endless adventures. Fiona? She just wants to be wherever *you* are.

Fiona is the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart. She's a classic velcro dog who loves exploring the world—but never strays too far because being close to her people is her favorite place to be.

Her foster describes her as incredibly sweet, curious, and a joy to have around. She'll make you laugh with her inquisitive personality, but she's also wonderfully well-mannered. She's fully housetrained, knows her basic commands, takes treats gently, and can be trusted around the house. While some dogs are busy looking for mischief, Fiona is content just hanging out with her family.

She's also a social butterfly! Fiona gets along beautifully with other dogs and has lived with cats and kittens, so she already knows how to share her home with feline friends. She's great with kids, too.

We were told Fiona wasn't a fan of crates, but we've caught her choosing to relax in one when the door is left open. Maybe she's decided they're not so bad after all. ❤️

At 3 years old and about 65 pounds, Fiona has the perfect balance of playful curiosity and calm companionship. She's looking for a family who wants a loyal best friend to share the couch, go on adventures, and simply do life together.

Fiona is currently being fostered in Tennessee but can be transported to an approved adopter.

This poor over-bred mama has been at the shelter for almost 200 DAYS!
Continuously overlooked due to her breed and loose mammary tissue from being bred repeatedly with no concern for her fragile body and soul. The damage humans have done have not dampened her spirit AT ALL! She is ready for a family and to experience real unconditional love.
