Howdy y’all. It has been a good minute since I have made a post. Life gets busy things get tough other things get harder do you know how it goes if you’re a human being that is LOL. I am back I am at 8095 skyway in Paradise just south of Wagstaff Road. On the menu today we have barbecue beef, pulled pork, chicken thighs, riblets, and pork ribs. For our side dishes I have Macaroni and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni salad, potato salad, and cantaloupe come on down and see the new smoker build on the back of the trailer definitely a number one custom job again I hope to see y’all soon! We are in route y’all happy Monday everybody said a little issue with the trailer this morning but we will be at Our normal spot. 8095 Skyway Rd., Paradise, CA just south of wagstaff road on the right.  we will have sliced brisket, pulled pork, chicken breast sandwiches, Beef ribs, pork ribs, riblets, garlic mashed potatoes baked beans, coleslaw, Potato salad, macaroni salad, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and I’m sure there is something that I am forgetting Sense it is that morning lol!! Happy Friday y’all! Today is the LAST day to place your Easter dinner orders!! The dinner includes your choice of ham or prime rib, garlic mashed taters, bacon green beans and either peach cobbler or apple pie! Prices depend upon how many people you have and how much food you need. Baseline is basically right at $9 per person for the ham and $12 per person for the prime rib.
