An Orange County–based school in California has just received their THIRD Vertical Bagging Machine. This one is an updated model that’s faster, more refined, and better built.

Our client is using it to package a wide range of items, including cut fruits and vegetables, hot foods, tater tots, and french fries. When packaging items for their Offer vs. Serve program, this solution is a real money saver, eliminating the need for trays when serving side dishes.

A hand-loaded indexing conveyor takes the product, while the VB 775-430 model makes bags from film roll stock. The product is packaged and then discharged for a safe, healthy, portion-controlled meal, while delivering savings compared to lidded trays!

This compact bagging solution is ideal for high-volume environments. With its small footprint and cost-effective design, it’s a smart choice for centralized kitchens looking to avoid the need for expensive weigh scales.
