We are halfway through July! Where has the time gone? I just want to remind everyone that we are doing a July Gas Card Giveaway! Take any POUND class, mine or Ronnie’s, on Monday, Wednesday, or Sunday and sign up to be entered! Drawing will be done IN PERSON on Monday, July 31st! I will do a live drawing on this page for those that can’t attend!
