i’m baaaaack! well, sort of 😅

hey hi hello from paris, texas, usa! i’ve taken the past few months to settle into our new home (military family life 😮‍💨), try to enjoy this pregnancy (surprise!) while wrangling a toddler, and overall just BREATHE through the chaos of it all. that being said, this duty assignment isn’t forever so all of my california/camp pendleton friends: wait for me!! i miss y’all!! 🥹🫶🏼

this is probably (most likely) going to be my first and last session post (besides throwbacks) for a bit because we’re expecting baby number two in less than a month!! i am so thrilled with the connections i’ve made in this new place we’ll call home for the next few years!!

had this engagement session a couple of days ago & it gave me so many warm fuzzies and fall vibes 🍁🍂🎃 i’m hoping once we get settled with new baby i can get back into photography while we’re here in paris so please stay tuned!! 🤍 okay love y’all 🥹

april is the month of the military child! 💜

the 2025 theme is “celebrating military children and youth: building stronger character and relationships,” highlighting the bravery, fearlessness, and resilience of military children.

april 15th is “purple up” day: a day to wear purple to show support for military children and their families

i am so honored to capture reunions like these & my eyes were absolutely not dry 🥺 so happy to see this family back together!

i cannot express how privileged i feel to have captured these photos for this couple 🥹 we’ve worked together a lot in the past and they always leave my cup so full by the end of our sessions 🤍

i can’t believe i get to be someone that captures photos that our children and grandchildren and so on will look back on one day. i feel like i’ve been in a funk recently, and a bit uninspired, but working with Ashlee and Brian reminded me exactly why i love what i do. little baby girl is gonna have two parents that are so in love 🥹💗
