We updated this apartment . Started with gutting the bathroom down to the studs closing off and bricking in the window. Inspected and replaced the drains and galvanized water pipes with pvc and copper. Updated electric with a new 20amp gfi and led lights. We installed a new tub and used Wilsonart Wet Wall system for the bath tub and vanity wall. These panels are a great option to tile and offer a seamless look with no grout.

Went through and scraped all loose plaster, patched and skim coated the walls using a fiberglass reinforced mesh to stop any future cracks leaving everything paint ready for the owner.

Have an in ground pool that needs repair. We replace heaters, pumps, filters and tiles.

We installed 2 Navien tankless water heaters with redi link cascading technology and recirculating pumps and updated this utility room.
