I am grateful to everyone who helps us to enlist fervent soldiers under the sacred sign of the Most Holy Passion of Jesus Christ in order to bring all hearts to a devout memory of that Passion. This way they will build a dam against the flood of evils that threaten to inundate the world. - St. Paul of the Cross

God's love is often revealed through the simplest gestures.

A phone call. A handwritten note. A visit. A promise of prayer.

These small acts remind others that they are seen, remembered, and never alone. As Passionists, we believe that every act of compassion reflects the love of Christ, who walks with us in our suffering.

If someone is on your heart today, consider letting them know. A Passionist prayer or enrollment card is a simple yet meaningful way to assure them they will be remembered in the daily Masses and prayers of the Passionist Community—a lasting reminder that they are surrounded by prayer and hope.

When you are dry as dust in prayer, don’t quit, but keep going. Use little short prayers, especially acts of acceptance of the Most Holy Will of God. For example, O dear will of my God, may you be blessed forever! O most gentle will! May you be always fulfilled by all. - St. Paul of the Cross

What might you notice if you stopped trying to understand everything long enough to receive it?

Join St. Paul of the Cross Passionist Retreat & Conference Center every Wednesday on their social media for their new series "Gospel Echoes", taking a few minutes out of your day to pause and reflect.

I have been up now for four days with the help of one Religious and a cane. I walked a little but down the corridor but then I could not hold myself up. I was so weak. I was more tired after this little walk than I used to be after walking thirty miles. But I am content with the Most Holy Will of God. - St. Paul of the Cross
