The short-term issues include difficulty staying awake, falling asleep while driving, frequent bathroom breaks when trying to sleep, debilitating morning headaches, overeating, and irritability.
The long-term issues include type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart arrhythmias and heart disease, and stroke.
OSA is a very treatable condition. As long as you are consistent with the use your treatment, then all of the short and long-term issues are avoidable. Get tested for OSA with Better Sunrise!
