May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

1 in 5 teens struggles with a mental health condition, and many don’t get the help they need.

About half of all mental health issues start by age 14, which shows how important early support is.

Talking about mental health, checking in on friends, and asking for help can make a real difference. You are not alone.
