What’s your goals for this year?
Obviously I had a major setback. I went from easily deadlifting 500lbs to ASIA A diagnosis after a bad motocross accident. Along with 26 broken bones, a collapsed lung, and a ruptured pec.
Sometimes your goal is to just get up, Sometimes it’s to just take a step, as long as you don’t give up!
