RGD Electric Inc is looking to add 1-2 realtors that need a good electrician. We want to build a strong working relationship that requires trust and getting the job done quickly so houses can be transferred to new owners. Over the past 20 years we have done many jobs for realtors, some are just “ I need a GFI installed today” which we take care of only to never here from realtor again which just baffles me. Then we have a few realtors that soon as they need or are asked about electrical they have just the guy. I have two realtors that we have worked with for over 10 years, when they call we get access to house, make repairs needed, clean up and lock up. This trust makes my job easy, they tell me completion date needed and I just make it happen. We realize some things need done ASAP and sometimes just an estimate may be needed. We repair many violations from home inspectors. We are there to repair violations and move on, we are not there to tell you more needs to be done. I have been blessed with changing out many electric panels lately which is truly enjoyable. I love take an old scary panel out of a basement and turning the new panel into the pride of the electrical system.

Time change= change your smoke detector batteries. You will see this all over the news. The real story is smoke detectors are only good for ten years and CO detectors only six. If your detectors are a nice shade of yellow it’s time to change them, they should be white. Call us if you need assistance.
