Meet Coach JV. JV brings great energy, attention to detail, and a real passion for helping athletes improve every time they step on the floor. He’s focused on clean movement, steady progress, and keeping the vibe positive while you put in the work.

A few things about Coach:
1. how long you’ve been doing CF and coaching?

I started CrossFit back in 2013 and have been coaching since 2018 with credits of CF-L2 as well as USAW-L1

2. Favorite thing about coaching?

Watching people smile and be even more proud of themselves for working on and through everything both in and outside of the gym!

3. What would be your dream workout?

My dream workout would be throwing in a buy-in of 10 bar muscle ups to then do Quarterfinals 21.5 of 9/6/3 heavy snatches and tall box jumps and end with a 50ft handstand walk. Psycho combination of skill, strength and stamina!

4. What do you like to do outside the gym?

I am the laziest active person ever! All this activity is for me to binge watch movies and tv shows but also enjoy going out with friends to recreationally feast.
