The project will require the demolition of two existing single-family homes and accessory dwelling unit to create a 23-unit multifamily apartment building. The three-story building will consist of three one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, and four three[1]bedroom units. Parking will be provided in a subterranean garage. The main garden spaces are comprised of a central courtyard and an ancillary courtyard. Each ground-level, street-facing unit has an entry patio and two private balconies. A common terrace will be located on the third floor.
