El Tripletanga is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to help us bring authentic Puerto Rican flavors to Houston. We’re seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to help wherever needed.

Position

Kitchen & Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
* Operate the POS system and process customer orders.
* Answer phone calls and assist with takeout and delivery orders.
* Package food accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with food preparation and kitchen support.
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the day.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
* Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Must be 23 years of age or older.
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
* Reliable transportation is required.
* Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
* Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
* Valid Texas Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting).
* Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
* Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented.
* Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays is required, with additional weekday hours as needed.
* Background check may be required.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
