Salary: $25-27 an hour
Job Type: Full-time with benefits

Shift: First shift, 8 hours, Monday-Friday with possible overtime on Saturday.
Qualifications

Mechanic: 3 years+ Mid-level skilled needed
Driver's License and a good driving record (Preferred)
ASE Certification (Preferred but not required)
Full Job Description
Looking for motivated, quality, mechanic with a great attitude and be willing to constantly learn. Must be customer focused and constantly provide a high level of service. Great pay with benefits and PTO. Must have a minimum 3 years auto mechanic experience, and ASE certifications are a plus but not a must. 5-day work schedule with possible overtime on Saturdays. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform work specified with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
· Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
· Full automotive trouble shooting and testing
· Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
· Providing an estimate of repairs to management.
· Technicians execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
- Planning work and testing procedures using charts, experience and organizational methods

DC Metro area: Transit bus maintenance experience, including knowledge of buses with hybrid drives preferred. Direct hire role.
