We’re starting an series to introduce ourselves and to give you a look at what goes on behind the scenes here at Perceptiv. Meet Eric, the agency project manager and a Perceptiv team member since its inception ✨

As the agency project manager, Eric ensures that all projects run smoothly from beginning to end. He is our agency “hub” and go-to for handling all projects, vendors, deadlines, and budgets. To Eric, no deadline is too crazy or request too impossible to take on.

Beyond the 9-to-5 grind, the Highland Park native kicks it old school, playing volleyball (a passion he found at 11), restoring his 1992 Jeep, and reviving his nearly 100-year-old home. He also dabbles in travel and real estate. While visiting family out of the country almost yearly, he finds time to self-manage an out-of-state rental, a property in Los Angeles, and is looking for an Airbnb investment abroad. Stateside, this American-born Filipino focuses on spending quality time with friends and family, especially his wife and ten-year-old son. His motto is, “Life is short. It’s time to concentrate on things that really matter".
