I just left the Bankruptcy Court, where a Grifter-Squatter fraudulently stole a Senior Citizens Home. Here are the facts:

1. The Senior fell behind in a couple thousand dollars in property tax
2. She is a Senior with a reverse mortgage
3. Grifter promises to catch up the taxes, and she needed only sign an agreement
4. The Agreement is the Deed transferring title
5. Grifter threatens Senior until she leaves resident. No eviction ... threats!!!
6. Grifter takes possession and remains until the reverse mortgage sues for possession
7. Grifter sues the Senior Citizen for $10,000 ... dismissed
8. Grifter is sued for elder abuse and fraud
9. Grifter files an action in Bankruptcy, to have all debts discharged upon the sale of the house in Bankruptcy
10. Grifter offers to buy the house out of Bankruptcy

One small debt resulted in a Senior Citizen literally being homeless. Literally, walking the streets for weeks before the family found her.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, SENIOR LOVED ONES!!!! The heart of man is corrupt and will abuse the least in our society. We've gotta be the most and protect the vulnerable.

We're fighting hard, but this Grifter-Squatter could very well win despite our best efforts.
