This beach used to be part of the Playa Hotel Luperon, which has now closed, but it's just down the street from where I live. One of my main reasons for coming to the Dominican Republic was to get healthy and look fit. I have so much I want to share over the next few months, so walking every day and soaking up the sunshine has become a delightful daily routine.

Today is especially lovely, and it’s amazing to see that I have the whole beach all to myself.

This is a very short video of the ocean-side restaurant and club down the road from where I live. People love this spot, and the food is reasonably priced. A good mix of boaters and locals hang out here regularly.

Things are going really well, and I'm loving this experience in the Dominican Republic.

And I'm excited to share that I’ll be getting the first draft of the first chapter of my book next week. Things are really starting to move forward with this new group of people guiding me toward completing my manuscript for publication.

I'm excited and loving all the cool things that are happening. Stay tuned for more good vibes coming very soon.
