Unforgettable!

I had such an incredible time WALKING and eating my way through New York for 3 days before teaching E&E!

My newest iteration was just a little smoother, a little more efficient, and a lot more effective at getting the points across to the many practitioners who travel from up and down the East Coast.

New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Virginia and North Carolina were all represented in Midtown today!

Thank you to Phil for being our incredible In-Class Case Study and sharing with us your super high IQ comments (“potential energy can now be kinetic energy” 🤓🧠).

Thank you to Michael for being our End of Day Case Study! (His testimonial is the 2nd slide.)

Thank you to for letting us use your beautiful space!

I really do hope that everyone who attended picked up all the nuance and context that makes this course, IMHO, so great.

Until next time!

International!

Yesterday I had the honor and privilege of sharing my E&E course with a contingent of Europeans on their continent! 7 different countries were presented!

I loved sharing my collection of things that I found to be useful and practical as it to knees, ankles, feet and scars.

First off, thank you to for giving me the opportunity and helping to organize the event.

Thank you to .grunack for being an awesome “as we go” case study. It was fun watching you collect gains and wins with each module!

Thank you to for showing me around Berlin and being a great case study at the end of the day.

Thank you to for coming in from 🇮🇪sharing the powerful experiences you had from your lab partners. I really look forward to hearing about all the helping you’re going to help.

I will never forget the experience and I look forward to the next time I come out to Europe!

Adaptable AF

If humans were completely screwed after their 1st ankle sprain, we wouldn’t have survived this long.

The new gait pattern you adopt immediately after spraining an ankle is 100% NOT the exact same gait pattern you HAD before the sprain.

For some people, the consequence isn’t felt or experienced until 10 years later. For others it’s 10 seconds later.

Don’t disregard your ankle sprains, whether you are a patient or a provider.

Traveling!

Fall 2025 schedule “definites” are up!

I’m taking the show on the road to Berlin and New York this fall.

Will get an email blast out later this week, but the schedule is up and live now!

Thanks to all those who have expressed interest; I look forward to delivering the clinically-relevant material that is my life’s work.
