Hello Friends, as you may know I’ve been struggling with ❤️‍🩹depression, grief and anxiety this past year. I’ve seek medical help and therapy, to help me cope through this difficult times. I have been incorporating crystals during my therapy sessions with my therapist along with Rx medication and I’m finding my groove again. I will say that if you are struggling with mental health issues please consider seeking professional help. Crystals are wonderful and they help but sometimes it requires more attention like therapy or medication.

I’m have done all the research/ testing and taken the guess work out, I have put together an ebook a complete guide to for crystals to use in therapy or as stand alone for meditation when working through pain, trauma, grief, and anxiety.
