TRI-CITIES MEMBERS PICKET TRAINING TONIGHT

Thank you to everyone who attended last night's Picket Training. We had an incredible turnout with more than 80 members in attendance, demonstrating the strength, commitment, and solidarity of SMART Local 55.

For those who were unable to attend, we will be holding another Picket Training tonight at 5:30 PM at the Pasco Hall. The training will last approximately 30 minutes and will cover picket line procedures, member responsibilities, communication, and strike protocols.

Preparation matters. A strong, disciplined, and informed membership is our greatest asset. Whether you've walked a picket line before or this would be your first time, we encourage everyone to attend.

Today, we pause to reflect, give thanks, and stand united in gratitude.

April is National Welding Month, and SMART Local 55 is proud to recognize the skilled welders in our union. Welding is at the core of the sheet metal industry. It requires precision, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship, and our apprentices and journey-level members bring that standard to life on every project.
