Advanced Automotive Repair is seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to our staff. Must be a People Person and enjoy working with the public. Duties will include: Greeting customers in a professional and friendly way, scheduling appointments, collecting vehicle and customer information, preparing R.O’s, arrangements for towing and temporary transportation, maintaining automotive records by recording problems, keeping customer service area clean and orderly, processing customer invoices and payments, completing customer appointment reminder process and ordering and stocking parts and supplies.
