Today's portrait session. We enjoyed shooting at a lovely terracotta building on 21st street. I decided to go with a faded 60's Polaroid look with extra pink tones. A little reminiscent of 16 Candles or Pretty In Pink. Thank you to my beautiful model/client.

Part II of my bo***ir self portrait. Do you love the silver screen look? I grew up watching gorgeous ladies like Hedy Lamarr, Audrey Hepburn, Bette Davis, to name a few, and the stunning portrait photography of their time. Some of which was very classy vintage pinup. I decided, if I am going to try to empower other women to get in front of the lens, for bo***ir, that I needed to give it a shot myself and be more bold and accepting of my post injury, post baby, and post zoloft weight body. Is this image very risque for bo***ir? no, but this was a huge first step. I am where I am, and if I am to encourage other women to be more self loving and compassionate on their journey in life, I must try to practice the same. Thanks for tuning in.
