Beyond the Bump

It’s this little nuggets 9th birthday today 🥳 🎂 🎉 I can’t believe my little (not so little when she was born!) baby is 9 years old today 😭 makes me so sad that we are moving out of the little kid years and onto the big kid years, but also so excited to see all the cool things she is going to do. A baby no more, but my baby she will always be. Happy Birthday Quinn ❤️ I love you with all my heart and soul.

Again a few days late on this, but I needed some sleep and recovery time after my last two births 😴 what a wild ride!! I am in awe of not only this mama, but her partner. The way they worked together, they way he supported her and protected her space and they way they communicated with each other brought tears to my eyes. Mama you were so strong and brave and you hung in there even when you wanted to give up, you did uncomfortable things and hard things and I am so proud of you ❤️ so welcome to this world baby girl. I am so honored to have supported your parents from start to finish on their journey to meet you. I couldn’t have had a better birth to end my full time doula work. So grateful to this family and all the others I have been able to bear witness to in their transformations into becoming families.

We got to celebrate this little one today… who isn’t such a little one anymore. Can you guess the theme? It wasn’t just Wednesday Addams, it was Wednesday and Enid from the new show Wednesday. So what Quinn wants Quinn gets 😉 So we made sure to make today an extra special one for this little one that turns 8 this year. Thank you to everyone who came out and spent time celebrating her journey into this world🖤💜

o excited to announce I am working with .stephanie and the team at Vitality OET 🥳 while birth and doula work has been a huge part of my life for the last 10 years I have decided that it’s time for me to step into a new space and work with women through nutrition and movement to help them understand their bodies and the changing hormones that happen through so many different phases and stages of our lives, from preconception to menopause, we have so many changes that can be overwhelming, frustrating and confusing. I’m here to help with that 😉 I am thankful for Stephanie and her team of amazing women and I am so excited to be working alongside them.
