HCPC was honored to partner with for the 4th annual Black Maternal Health Awareness walk at the Great Falls in Paterson, held in loving memory of Laurice Stewart. 🦋💛

Together we walked to raise awareness, honor lives impacted by maternal health disparities, and advocate for healthier futures for Black mothers and families. Every step taken was a reminder of the importance of equitable access to care.

Another beautiful moment supporting one of our moms to be through the HCPC Patient Support Fund!

At 31 weeks pregnant, she received baby essentials including a bassinet, stroller, car seat, baby bottles, and a package of baby sheets, everything she needs to start preparing for her baby girl’s arrival. 👶🎀

Moments like these remind us how meaningful support can be.
