Excellent customer service, answer telephones, email correspondence, call insurance companies, follow-up calls/paperwork. Have professional telephone manners. Order parts, give job's estimates and repairs. Must be bilingual English/Spanish. Be able to multitask, detailed oriented and be comfortable with multiple personalities. Be proficient in Microsoft, Excel and Web searching. Be reliable, punctual, hard working and a friendly personality is a must.
