Hi, I'm Ricci, a busy mom of 2 kids under 5 years old. I have overcome struggles with ADHD-related issues and understand the hardships that go along with this disorder. I help people with balancing their mind through hypnotherapy to get closer to their goals.
My clients are both people with or without ADHD, especially those struggling with keeping house, time management, procrastination, communicating clearly, releasing bad habits, losing weight, and making healthier choices for themselves and their families.

Instead of working with the conscious mind like a regular coach would, I employ different techniques for getting the subconscious on board with your conscious desires so things can flow more easily for you.
