⚠️ Not every structural issue can be seen from the ground.

On this retrofit project, we're correcting a structurally deficient roof system in a home built before permits were required.

Each rafter required (2) custom 3/8" thick, 13-foot-long steel fletch plates—one on each side of the existing 4x8 framing. At over 120 lbs per plate, it took a 4-man crew just to get them into position before bolting everything together.

This is the kind of work that never makes the finished photos—but it's what keeps a home standing strong for generations.
