We are seeking a Construction Front Office Administrator / Translator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

- Enter and set up bills for payment to vendors
- Bookkeeping relating to purchase orders, credit cards, payment receipt and account reconciliations
- Act as gatekeeper and data entry of job site service call records within our proprietary software
- Serve as first point of contact for our phone app troubleshooting (internal use only)
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Distribute, collect and record subcontractor application paperwork and supporting documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain and augment organized filing systems
- Act as translator for all Spanish speaking guests and callers
- Perform various administrative office tasks as needed
- Act as back up for other construction office staff members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration, construction knowledge is a plus
- English / Spanish translation (verbal and written)
- Hands on knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Outlook, Excel and Teams)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Android operating system knowledge a plus
