We are currently looking to hire an EXPERIENCED Field Superintendent in the Pearland, TX area (77581). The Superintendent is responsible for running day-to-day operations on the construction site with an emphasis on adhering to the construction schedule. Managing materials & equipment. Usage, coordinating & communicating with sub-contractors, while making sure plans & specifications are followed.

Detailed duties & responsibilities:
Utilize our software's, such as Jobdox, Encircle, Matterport.
Read, interpret, understand contract docs.
Manage project schedule, track progress of sub-contractors, ensure all necessary equipment & materials are on-site.
Ensure quality & safety standards are implemented.
Coordinate with business officials & schedule code inspections. Maintain a clean & safe job site.

Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
