Huge thank you to and for blessing the community with a viewing of “Chocolate Milk” last night and every one who attended. Not only was the documentary very informative, but it helped us open a dialogue of ways to make help our expecting mothers be informed of the various resources we have in the community. I love when birth workers come together to brainstorm ways to keep the community growing healthy and that is exactly what happened last night. Love and light to all on this Sunday ✌🏾

In other words...Dear expecting mother, I no longer work with doulas because they hinder me from having the labor and delivery that satisfies me and they help you voice your birth wishes. I find that when mother wants to go along with her plan and not mine I find it hard to work with her. If you would like to discuss my birth plan for your labor and delivery more setup an appointment. 😡

I tell my clients this all the time! The more daddy loves on mommy the higher her oxytocin level rises and can naturally induce labor. If you are already in labor it can help labor progress substantially! Go ahead and let nature take its course 😍Posted • ~WHAT GOT BABY IN, GETS BABY OUT~
