Race season is rolling in every direction right now šš„
This week, weāve got riders lining up at the OZ Stage Race in Bentonville while another crew prepares for Unbound out in Emporia. Different disciplines, same problem: sharp rocks and the constant threat of flats.

Your body is preparing, not holding you back.
šø Keep it simple in-race
Short cues. Stay present. Focus on whatās in front of you.
The best racers donāt avoid discomfort. They know what to do when it shows up.
