Wok On In

It's with a heavy heart that I announce Wok On In will be closing on 9/21/2025 Sunday after noon. I've met many very nice folks in my short stay in Pelham, I wish you all well. If we do reopen I will let y'all know here on the Wok On In page.

I have a question for people who like to eat at Wok On In.
As some of you might know, we open at 11:00 am, we wait for a customer to request buffet before we start putting food out. It usually takes about 10 minutes and we get 80% put out. I do this because I want the food to be fresh and not dried out. Some days our first buffet customer doesn’t comes in until 12:30.
Should I start putting food out at 11:00 even if there are no customers yet?

We now have pan fried dumplings(pot stickers) on our menu!
