2. Thomas was a skeptic and pessimist. John 11:16
*Better to die with Christ than live without Him. Philippians 1:21

3. We can be pessimistic and a skeptic and still have faith & courage. God can use all types of
people. John 20:24-29
*Disciples didn't kick him out of their group because he was a skeptic.
*Jesus showed grace to the skeptic.
*Jesus invited Thomas to seek and examine.

4. Thomas knew Jesus was the way, the truth and the life. John 14:6

5. Thomas declares that Jesus is Lord and Savior. John 20:28

6. Thomas put his YES on the altar. Romans 12:1

Big Idea: Jesus can use anyone that declares that HE is LORD and Savior. Put your YES on the altar and SURRENDER ALL to HIM today.
