Wishing a Happy Father's Day to Upstate's Vice President of International Business Development. When he helped me buy the gym 8 years ago this is the title he demanded, and I think you can see why I have yet to promote him to President of International Business Development 😂 but really he does tons of work behind the scenes and supports me and the gym I call home unconditionally and he deserves some recognition. Are you an adult? Are you an adult who wants to try gymnastics or relive your glory days 🤔 then we've got just the class for you! We will be having a trial class for adults (18 and up) Wednesday June 17th from 6-7pm. It will be $15 per participant. If it goes well - and no one throws out their back haha - we will continue for the remainder of the summer. You will register at the gym on the day of class. Tell your friends!
