Congratulations to our Superintendent, Dr. Mark Mulvihill, on receiving the 2026 Jerry Colonna Lifetime Achievement Award from COSA! The Coalition of Oregon School Administrators presented the award to Mulvihill at their annual Seaside Conference this morning.

The award is one of the organization’s highest honors recognizing a career of extraordinary service and leadership in Oregon education.

CTEACH is a mentoring program for new teachers working in Career Technical Education jobs. It’s part of the InterMountain CTE Consortium. We recently caught up with two manufacturing teachers participating in the program in Morrow County School District – Dave Fowler at Heppner Jr/Sr High School and Buck Elliott at Riverside Jr/Sr High School. This video highlights the CTEACH program and its impact.
