It is with profound sorrow that we officially announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother, friend, the esteemed owner of Byrd’s Concrete, and a cherished Black leader in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida community.

His legacy is one of strength, service, and deep love—for his family, his work, and the people whose lives he touched throughout the years. He was a pillar of our community, a provider, a mentor, and a man whose impact will live on for generations.
