Cajun Specialty Meats, Inc. / Broussard's Bayou Grill - Pensacola is hiring for two positions ASAP:

1) A day shift production team member, who will primarily be focused on deboning chickens. Typical hours are 7am to 4pm.

2) A NIGHT SHIFT production team member. The typical hours are 7pm to 4am.

Starting pay for both positions is $15/hr., but there is certainly room for growth within the company.

This can be a dirty job. There are times you'll be processing raw meat (i.e., chickens, turkeys, ducks, etc.). We are a USDA food production facility.

Responsibilities Include:

- Operate food processing equipment, including but not limited to mixers, grinders, ovens, and filling machines
- Weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy to ensure product quality and consistency
- Maintain a sanitary and safe working environment
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Processes (GPMs)
- Perform quality control checks as needed to ensure standards are met
- Package and label finished items for shipment
- Adhere to production timeline and quotas
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Job Requirements:

- Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to food safety regulations
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50lbs.
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
