I’ve been consistent with my training, my workouts, and taking care of myself — but I realized discipline isn’t just about the things that are easy to check off the list.
It’s about facing the things you’ve been putting off.
For me, that meant getting back to writing Black Belt Wisdom for Everyday Living and continuing the work of becoming better every day.
The lessons we teach others are the same lessons we have to live ourselves.
