Liz likes to say she was here when it was just her and Veronique sharing a little closet of an office. That’s not just a fun origin story. It’s a testament to how much she’s grown alongside this agency and how deeply she’s shaped what HMS has become.

As our Associate Creative Director, Liz has been the backbone of our design team for years. She leads with a passion and expertise that’s genuinely hard to find, and she has a way of elevating the people around her that you can feel across every project we take on. She’s not just a creative leader. She’s a mentor, a standard-setter, and one of the main reasons our work looks the way it does.

So it’s time to make it official. We’re proud to announce that Liz has been promoted to Creative Director. A new title, new opportunities, and a chapter we’re incredibly excited to watch unfold. Congratulations, Liz. This one’s been a long time coming!

If you’re an HMS client, you already know Tori. She’s been in your DMs, in your inbox, and she probably just sent you a recap. But if you think her job is just running meetings and sending follow-ups, you’re only seeing a fraction of what she actually does.

As our Project Manager, Tori has been the connective tissue holding our team and our client relationships together. She manages client communications across every active project, keeps internal deadlines from slipping, and makes sure our team stays dialed in and motivated even when the calendar is stacked and the to-do list has a to-do list. She does all of this with a level of care and consistency that genuinely makes everyone around her better at their jobs.

So it’s with a lot of pride that we announce Tori’s promotion to Communications Manager. This title reflects what she’s been doing all along, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch her grow into everything this role will become.
