Today, I’m filled with gratitude.

Thank you to each and every one of my amazing clients for trusting me to be part of your health and fitness journey. It is truly an honor to encourage, support, and celebrate your victories every step of the way.

I’m also incredibly thankful to live in the greatest country in the world—the United States of America. Because of the courage and sacrifice of the brave men and women who have served our nation, we have the freedom to make choices every day—including the choice to invest in our health.

So today, celebrate with your family, enjoy the blessings around you, and don’t forget to get outside and move your body. Go for a walk, play with your children or grandchildren, ride a bike, swim, or simply enjoy God’s beautiful creation.

Your health is one of the greatest gifts you’ve been given. Honor it. Cherish it. Take care of it.

May God continue to bless our military, our veterans, our first responders, and this beautiful nation we call home.
