TUESDAY night we will be continuing our exploration of using natural sounds to help facilitate meditation. This should be an insightful experience. After meditation we will have a brief discussion. Class is at Indigo Way located at 3205 N prospect Peoria IL. Cost is $10.00 and starts at 6:30pm or thereabouts. Come and help throw off the days worries. Can't wait to see you there!!!!
