Alive Meditation

Deaf Yoga Day was GRRRREEAAAT! This class has challenged me in a way that only allowed me to grow as a yoga teacher, but as a teacher of yoga for the Deaf as well. All participants were amazing, and it would be an honor to practice with them again.

Thanks again to Brenda Curtis and Jasmine Lowe. Special thanks to hubby Jason E. Stephens for providing the speaker system and Shunterria Howard for being THAT supportive friend like always (since Summer 2007🤣).

Where: Perry Leisure Service (Multipurpose Room)
Time: 9am-10am
Audience: Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and Hearing Community

I will have enough props to accommodate 30 people.

We will have a certified interpreter and an amazing host, Brenda Curtis!
