Innovative Offices

A few signs from some previous clients. There were lots more but I don’t seem to have their signs anymore.

My parents, Myron and Janee McCartor, opened Innovative Offices over 30 years ago to offer office spaces for business professionals. We have been proud to serve the Perryton community and the dozens of clients we have had over the years. It has not been an easy decision but we will be closing our doors and offering the building for sale.

The building is fully ready to open as an office building again for its new owners. It could also be easily transformed into other types of workspaces. It offers 7 offices upstairs with a reception area and conference room as well as a kitchenette and two restrooms upstairs. The basement has 5-6 offices, a photography darkroom, and a large open room as well as a kitchenette and a 3/4 bath.

We will never forget the connections and lifelong friendships this building has blessed us with, but it is time to find a new owner that will love it like we did. Thanks again to those that supported a true family owned local small business all these years.
