Flu Vaccines for PISD students are available at the Perryton Kinder/ Junior High office.
Students qualify if they have no health insurance, are underinsured, on CHIP or are enrolled in a Native American tribe.
Call the Nurse at Perryton Kinder (806) 435- 2463 ext. 253 or Junior High (806) 435 3601 ext. 245 to schedule an appointment. The cost is $10.00 per vaccine. THIS IS NOT THE COVID VACCINE!

Este es solo un recordatorio amable de completar todas las vacunas o formularios de exención antes del primer día de clases. Se espera que los estudiantes estén al corriente con todas las vacunas o tengan un formulario de exención actualizado/al corriente para el año escolar 2020-2021. Comuníquese con su proveedor de atención primaria para ver si su estudiante necesita sus vacunas o comience el proceso para obtener su formulario de exención ahora. Los estudiantes entrantes de PreK, Kinder, 7º grado y estudiantes nuevos al distrito escolar son las poblaciones de estudiantes que requieren registros de vacunación e inmunizaciones actualizados.
