Our client in Piscataway, NJ is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for their 1st shift.

Requirements:

· Five years of relevant experience in a warehouse operation is required
· Comfort with technology, including MS Excel and Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to focus under pressure
· The ability to coach and develop direct reports is a must

**Synapse (WMS) Experience**

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 5-6 forklift operators responsible for picking, replenishment, and put-away operations in 250K square foot warehouse
- The successful candidate will become an expert operator in Fusion’s WMS and must be a skilled RF device user
- Attention to detail is critical! The Warehouse Supervisor will also reinforce industry best practices, drive 5S compliance, and support the warehouse’s OS&D program
