A beautiful glimpse from this morning’s Odissi performance at Blue Door Yoga Studio. 💙🙏
That “yes, I can do it” feeling is already growing, and polishing and perfection will follow with practice.
Great going, class! So proud of you. 🙏

A joyful day of community, culture, and connection.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dancing at Wellness Wonderland.
My heartfelt thanks to the organizers Anubhuti Retreat Center for creating such a serene and welcoming space, and to everyone whose warmth, kindness, and support made the day so memorable. With the Sun God blessing the event in full force ☀️😄, my heart remained full throughout the day.
Grateful for a beautiful day of community, connection, and shared experiences. 🙏
I am delighted to be participating in the Wellness Wonderland Family Fair hosted by Anubhuti Meditation & Retreat Center in Novato on June 20.
This special community event brings together wellness, creativity, learning, culture, and connection for all ages. I will be presenting a short Odissi dance performance and look forward to sharing this beautiful classical art form, meeting families, and connecting with curious children and adults interested in Indian dance and culture.
If you're in the area, I hope you'll join us for a day of inspiration, discovery, and community.

Moksha — a celebration of joy, surrender, and spiritual freedom. 🙏
In Vasant Pallavi, the chaaris (stylized movements) make the journey so rich...each step unfolding a new rhythm and expression.

Before the applause, there is patience, repetition, and love for the art. ✨

Sometimes, learning in "Odissi" begins with something as simple as how we land.
This toe landing jump trains the body to absorb impact, build ankle strength, and create light, controlled movement—useful for any dance form.
Start with awareness. Build with grace🕊️
Some movements don’t end… they resolve ✨
