Doc’s fans - Our lovely dough machine broke again. You can’t even make this stuff up.
We will only be serving 12” pizzas this weekend and it’s not our original dough. It is still a thin crust style.
We appreciate your understanding and have another mixer on order

We’d like to apologize to our patrons tonight! Our brand new mixer broke as did our backup. Our 4 month old point of-sale system failed today too.
You usually don’t see posts like this because hardly any “pizza restaurants” make their own dough.
Sorry for all the inconvenience and we hope to see you soon❤️
