Catfish for dinner tonight!

I got some catfish on sale this week and I also have some remoulade sauce that I love with catfish as well! Loved this recipe but the only thing that I did was I used 1/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for a bit more flavor.

If you're looking to switch it up, definitely recommend!!

What is your go to snack? I've always been a chip and popcorn eater more than a sweets person so the didn't seem too daunting to me. However, sometimes I just want to snack!

The thing that I have found that is a great go to snack is nuts! I know almonds are good (almond flour, duh) so I just kinda stuck on that tram and stayed.

Bit what a mistake! There's way more nuts than that! Hubby got mixed nuts and I was able to pick out the peanuts and cashews and be golden!

Despite what the chart says "technically" peanuts and cashews are not keto friendly.
