Readying the “Next Generation” for The CrossFit Open. There has been a huge increase in participation from our teens on the competitive side of CF.

We wanted to take a moment to congratulate all of our teen members from the graduating class of 2022! You did it and we are so proud of all you have accomplished and it has been an honor to watch each of you grow throughout your years with us at CFTX. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and don't forget you always have a spot on the floor at CFTX. Once you become part of the Posse, you're always part of the Posse.

Our teens showed up BIG TIME on Saturday!! Leani got her very 1st RX Pull Up +29 others 😲 and she hit new PRs in the complex.
Look for her in stories knocking out more of those pull-ups!!! Congrats, !!! You did fantastic in your very 1st CrossFit Open. We’re so proud of you!!!
